The price of the cleanser is definitely not cheap, that's the reason 1 star was deducted. However, knowing that each and every single ingredients it is made of is top quality, its totally worth the price I paid for it! Prior to this purchase, I am using May Lindstrom Honey Mud and Problem Solver once a week where I mixed both products for a deep cleaning and hydrating treat for the skin. With this Clean Dirt, my daily face wash became a ritual where the delicious scent of the product enveloping me and to be honest, when the product is wet on my skin, it looks a bit messy and dirty, that's why the name Clean Dirt haha! However, upon rinsing it off effortlessly, the skin feels very clean and deeply hydrated, never a tiny spot of dryness. In fact, I noticed a healthy glow too. I am totally addicted to this cleanser! A big shoutout for May Lindstrom for producing such a great product!!

This has got to be my least favorite product from May Lindstrom's range. I can't use it much because if I do it makes my skin very sensitive. However, if I'm having a bad day with my acne and my pores are really clogged, this helps to clear it up. I did find that even with lots of rinsing this product still left a brown residue on my skin, meaning every time I use this The Clean Dirt I have to cleanse my skin again to get rid of everything.

May Lindstrom’s Clean Dirt looks disconcertingly brown when it's smeared on your visage (you know that bit in Sex and the City… Miranda, Brady and the forehead?!) but it smells like cinnamon and feels like an electric blanket (things get warm). Just mix a bit of powder with warm water, and use to purge and polish skin that’s looking lacklustre – the glowing aftermath is well worth the momentary mess. My face is sparkling like a new pin!

My skin isn't that sensitive but I prefer natural products. This smells so unusual for a skincare product, you just want to eat it. I use this every other day interspersed with the Su Man Cleansing Gel Oil which is stunning too. Clean Dirt exfoliates all the daily grime away, it takes a bit of getting used to with it being a powder and making up the paste in your palm but the effects on your skin are brilliant.

The instructions say to add water until this turns to a soft mousse but I have tried this various times now and it is anything but soft. In fact its harsher than any scrub I've tried. Disappointing as I stay away from harsh scrubs believing they do more harm than good. Not cheap so feel quite let down.
