I know it's what's inside that counts, but that means nothing if you can't get to the product effectively. The packaging on this is so fundamentally flawed - with 3 convoluted metal lids it's too complicated - and it's definitely not a good delivery mechanism for the product. In fact, the glass neck of my bottle snapped off when I was trying to unscrew it!! Thanks to Cult Beauty for refunding me. I give it 2 stars because the product itself does seem to be effective, but I would not buy again unless they change the packaging.
