I purchased  hum calm calm in a hope to have better sleep.  I recognised that even though I am very tired I wake up around 3-4 o’ clock and hardly can sleep afterwards. I also have an underworking thyroid. Since i am taking these everything changed.  I have excellent relaxing sleep. I usually take 2 gummies in the evening. Even my husband is taking them now. I cannot he without it🙂.

I have 100% noticed a difference in my overall mood, very happy with it. I'm purchasing my second pot now :)

I do like the HUM range and this one does appear to work quite quickly too. Yes, I do recommend this.

I have just finished my second jar of Calm Sweet Calm and I am ready to repurchase.Usually, I am guilty of being someone who doesn’t take their supplements consistently as I find it a difficult habit to get into.As these are chewable and are disguised as a sweet treat, I have kept them on my desk and have always remembered to take them. I do think that they work in helping me manage some of the effects of stress, so I will keep taking them.I also want to add that I am really impressed with HUM's packaging and how they clearly state what allergens they do and don't use. This makes life so much easier for anyone who needs to avoid certain ingredients.
