I'm always a bit sceptical about claims that stuff will improve sleep. As an insomniac of about nine years (3-4hrs of very interrupted sleep per night), I've gone through the various stages of grieving over my lost love. However, I honestly think these have helped. I take one about an hour before I go to bed and I'm more rested and yawn-y by the time I go. I also think it's less interrupted since I've been taking these (just finishing my third month). My skin genuinely seems a little less blotchy and reactive too (previously, it would just take a change in wind direction and my skin would go into hormonal overdrive). Definitely worth trying.

I absolutely love this product. I'm not always great at sticking to new additions to my beauty routine but I kept these by my sink and took one a night every night for 30 days. Within a week my skin was glowing (people are still complimenting my complexion!) and I wake up feeling more rested and much less dehydrated. I don't know how they do it but since I started taking these I've been sleeping sooo well. I don't wake up during the night and I just feel more rested. I work quite a lot and long hours so these are a great supplement for me. I also take "The remedy blend" in the morning.
