This cleanser broke me out! I have sensitive, dry skin and it really clogged my pores. My boyfriend who has oily skin had somewhat the same reaction.

I've been using this for years and it is always so reliable and gentle. It is great for cleansing if your skin in in any way irritated or you have a damaged skin barrier.

I bought this based on the reviews and I wasn’t impressed right away but I kept using the cleanser and now it has replaced all my more expensive cleansers and cleansing balms in day-to-day use. This cleanser doesn’t dry my skin but gets it clean. Before washing my face with the cleanser I use the Cerave misellar water to remove my makeup. By itself the cleanser doesn’t remove makeup and If I wear full face of makeup I sometimes double clease with the cleansing balm first instead of misellar water.
