One pump at a time is a lot, just like the amount of shower gel used in each bath. You can imagine how much that is... So every time I use it carefully, I don't want to overuse. More trivial is that the pump head has a wide mouth so each time there is a build up of proudct in the pump head and the hand cream is oxidized. Every time I use it, I get a lump of something hard and oxidized. I really can't understand the significance of such a bottle design. And it's not nourishing enough as well. Absolutely won't repurchase.

This is the best hand cream on the market period. I have psoriasis and it changes my skin and makes it smooth for the first time. It completely absorbs.
