It is a gel/oil formula that transforms into a milk when adding water, it is light scented which I like, and works really well as a 2nd cleanser or a morning one.

It’s not the best at removing makeup and not going to lie, I did purchase this because of the pink colour of the product! It removed foundation but not mascara unfortunately. I wouldn’t repurchase but I don’t hate it either. It’s nice just to quickly wash my face for a lazy no makeup day which we all have!
