5I love this! It melts away absolutely everything, and it’s so much better than the cleansing balms from green pharmacy and belief. I use it as a primary cleanser before using the superfood kale cleanser from yttp afterwards and it makes my skin so soft and glowy. For those complaining about the consistency, try warming up some of the balm in you hands before applying it to your face.

5I got it at first as a gift, I thought I would be bothered by its greasiness but it removes my makeup the best. Very pleasant on the skin and does the job, I've bought it twice since then!!!!!!!

3I didn’t like this cleansing balm…it has a hard to get out texture, it doesn’t emulsify well, the scent is kinda “weird”. And, it struggles to get off a waterproof makeup. Won’t repurchase it.

1Let's set the scene. You open the package and it is a nice, luxurious heavy glass jar. We are of to a great start. But then you open the lid and the smells quite stuffy, but manageable. Then you scoop out a dollop and put it on your face. What is this? lumps that you have to work really hard to dissolve. Then we go in for the remake up and... AAH, it burns, it burns. So quickly let's rinse it of, but it doesn't really dissolve and leaves a film so you have to use a washcloth to get it of. Once you regain vision in your eyes, you see it hasn't removed al your eye make up. In short I hate this and it has been a struggle to use it up, have finally repurposed it to wash of hand swatches.

5I've repurchased this cleansing balm at least 5 times now. I love it! It does have a plastic smell, but it glides on like a dream and leaves the skin feeling soft and clean. Follow up with a foaming cleanser and you'll have baby soft skin.
