I use it when I have to take off my make up and shower, or when I don’t have too much make up on and I want to skip washing with a face detergent. Leaves my skin very soft afterwards. I use it on my eyes as well, it doesn’t hurt. 

Product too thick. Itsn´t emulgate much and it is difficult to get it out of the pot. If I try not to use my hands and get it with spatula (or something similar) it fall down in peases.

this is a very nice balm but the smell for me is not the one I would normally perfer does the job well thought and is very smooth to use on the skin. There is quite alot in there as well.

i was a bit disappointed as i like the brand and other products i ve tried. not pleasing smell at all,kind of waxy. very dense formula, difficult to melt by massaging leaving little bits around the face.heavy glass jar. i've tried many better ones with overall amazing user experience. wouldn't recommend

This balm is my first ever cleansing balm and I absolutely love it. I’ll definitely repurchase.
