1. Can be used on dry skin, but for best results soften skin first by soaking feet in a warm foot bath.

2. Remove cap and place textured side of rasp against skin. Move in short strokes with light pressure in one direction to remove skin.

4. To sanitize: wash with warm water and soap after each use.

Rinse thoroughly. Allow to dry. Replace cap.
