Melts away makeup easily. I wash it off with a microfiber cloth and use a gentle cleanser for a second cleanse.

I thought I better start right if I'm going to try this. It smells quite strong, which I don't necessarily like. But it does a great job on taking all my make-up off. And you only need a little bit. It also doesn't irritate my skin or leaves it super oily. The last I thought it would do, but definitely not.

Have tried so many cleansing balms but this one must be one of my favourites. Smells lovely, does the job and removes most of my makeup (I always follow up with a cleanser). Would highly recommend it if you’re willing to pay relatively a lot for a cleansing balm (there are other cheaper Korean versions available too that are good as well)

Love the texture and the smell of this cleanser. You don’t need much to remove makeup and it does remove it easily. It stings my eyes a little though
