Good vitamins for your skin, but the concentration is very low. Dont be fooled by Vit A. There is no such thing in the content table. It is beta carotene that turns into Vit A in the body. Better eat your carrots!

I have repurchased this several times and I absolutely love it. It clears my skin from breakouts and also gives me a lovely kind of glow. My skin just looks amazing while using these supplements. I notice the difference after only a couple of days.

I didn't see any difference after 30 days... no motivation to continue for another 30 days.

Wanted to update my review as I don’t think I gave this a fair chance. I continued using it and I can definitely see a difference. I’m currently doing some acne treatment and I feel like this is an extra helper. I feel like the marks fade quicker.
