I bought these because of my IBS symptoms. There seems to be a slight difference since I started using them. But for the amount of money I paid for them. I'd have liked way more results/ feeling different. Honestly, I've tried different options which worked just as fine, if not better, for less.

This pills really change my life after a week of using them. I feel my digestions and bathroom experiences were improved. I feel lighter and happier, also in some way my need to eat sugar was reduced :) i’m recommending to everyone around !! 

I have been suffering from uncomfortable painful bloating for the last few years. I have just finished my first tub of these and can see the results. My bloating has significantly reduced and I have so much more energy and my appetite is back to normal

This product has caused me to get the worst breakouts and the worst spots when I had clear skin before. I’m really close to finishing this and do not intend to buy again. No benefits seen. 

Having tried several different brand's pro/prebiotics this is by far the best! I noticed that I am significantly less bloated after eating each day and that my digestion is much better only a week after starting these. I only wish that Cult Beauty provided the refills!
