I have irritable bowel syndrome so probiotics are a must in my diet. This worked well but given the price I was maybe expecting a bit better results. When I buy cheaper supplements I get the same results and I did not notice anything that would justify paying more than double. But it is a good probiotic.

I had a bad flu and this helped me survive it ! The mix of pre and probiotics ensures good recovery of the gut and benefits the whole body; including your skin. I have used it for a week now but it it the second time I buy it: I have been very satisfied with the supplements and will likely purchase again. 

I did not see a significant difference from this supplement but I would buy again. 

The Nue Co. Prebiotic + Probiotic is an effective product, no doubt. It has definitely improved my gut health, and I've noticed positive changes in my overall well-being. However, the price point is on the higher side, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. If you're willing to invest in your gut health, it's a great choice, but it might not be the most budget-friendly option.

I didn't see any real difference. I think you could find a cheaper product with the same results.... like a ginger tea.
