5I don't know what kind of magic is in this but, since using it before going to sleep, I've slept so much better! I've been using it for about 3 months now and it has really improved my sleep quality.

5I bought this product as it was recommended in conjunction with the sleep drops which I also was purchasing.  I have back pain and also due to the menopause I have pains in my joints, my sleep is atrocious and I also get restless legs at times.  The magnesium ease has definitely made a difference.  I take the spray with me in my handbag and it has definitely helped me reduce the need for painkillers.  In combination with the sleep drops it helps me to get a better sleep than normal which is great.  My husband had a sore back sitting at the laptop all day and he couldn’t believe the difference when I put the magnesium ease on the sore area.  I know it’s expensive but I thoroughly recommend giving it a go.
