This mascara came with Cult Beauty's advent calendar 2021 and it took me by surprise. I've always used the same mascara and always returned to it, but this made the change. I have light, short and not thick eyelashes, but this mascara makes them longer and dark. Never changing a mascara again.

I love this mascara! It does not clump and gives me long thick lashes! Doesn't irritate my lashline too as some mascaras with the same wand type have irritated my lashes. And as far as I know it does not smear so it's kinda difficult to remove but still a Face Halo wet with water works as I've tried it a lot of times! Will repurchase!

Full disclosure: I am blessed with long, thick lashes. The downside of this is that most mascaras make my lashes clump together or resemble spider legs. I have a pretty serious mascara addiction - I think I tried almost all of them at one point in my life, from drugstore to high-end ones - and am very particular when it comes to mascaras. Up until now, my favourites have included Essence Lash Princess, Chanel La Volume, MUFE Smoky Extravagant, MAC Extreme Dimensions 3D ...when I saw this mascara I thought it was just another fad, another weirdly shaped wand (God, remember the time brands thought it was a good idea to make them round like a flail?) that wouldn't add anything to everything we've already seen and tried. But I have to say: Sweed knocks it out of the park. And I agree with other reviewers have said: this might be one of the best mascara I've ever tried. The formula is great (it's not a "wet" mascara, but more on the dry side), doesn't smear or stain and the wand....that's where the magic comes in...the comb coats every lash from the root, separates them, gives them volume and makes them curl like no other (without making them look like spider legs, yay!). Highly recommended!

This is one of the best mascaras i have used so far. I have very fine lashes and this mascara works like magic. It really lifts my lashes and makes them look thick. I would definitely purchase and recommend this.

Sweed's mascara was in my 2021 advent calendar and, while it took me a few days to get used to applying with the wand, I have become a dedicated fan of this mascara. I have the misfortune of having short, straight lashes, and this mascara really adds punch to my everyday (natural) and evening make up looks. I definitely recommend and strongly suggest the company keep putting this in the goodie bag because it will definitely attract a devoted following to those who try it.
