Teeth Whitening Strips: Tear open the foil packet to find a top strip and a bottom strip. Dry the teeth. Place the whitening strips on the teeth- we advise placing the lower strip first followed by the upper strip. Leave the strips in place for 1 hour. After an hour remove the strips and brush your teeth. Repeat every day for 2 weeks for a brighter, whiter smile.
Toothpaste for Whitening Teeth: Use twice daily.
Pen for Whitening Teeth: Twist base of pen 20 times or until gel has been sufficiently dispensed onto the brush. Using the brush, paint your teeth with the whitening agent. Leave in place for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, rinse gel away with water. Use daily to maintain whitening effects.
Dental Floss for Whitening Teeth: Unwind approx 15 inches of floss. Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth. Hold the floss taut with your thumbs and index fingers. Slide the floss gently between the gum and the tooth.The floss should be held firmly against the tooth and rub along the surface of the tooth with a gentle up and down movement and into a C shape under the gum. Follow this process for the remaining teeth.
Lip Scrub: Using the Lip Scrub Tool, apply a small amount of the scrub to clean lips. Gently massage the lips in circular motions to exfoliate and moisturise. Wipe away any remaining scrub with a clean cotton round or towel.
Towel Headband: Place on top of head, near the hairline to keep hair off the face throughout your beauty routine.
White Jade Roller: Use on clean skin. Start in the middle of the face and roll outwards across the cheeks. Move to the eyebrows and roll upwards across the forehead. Move below the lower lip and roll downward across the chin. Use for 5-10 minutes.

A good system
I mostly enjoyed using the products in this kit. I'm only leaving 4 stars because the toothpaste has a weird consistency, in contact with the water from the brush it almost liquifies and I felt I needed to use a lot to get a good clean. However, it did improve the whiteness of my teeth. Would not repurchase.
