Although I have a full and extensive beauty routine, I’ve really noticed a difference in my skin’s appearance since consistently using a collagen supplement.  The great thing about this is that (in my opinion) it tastes great! I have previously tried another comparable supplement that was so sickly sweet I could not finish it. This is ever so lightly sweetened - enough to make it a truly enjoyable experience. For maximum absorption they say to consume on an empty stomach so I drink it first thing instead of my tea.  

I'm not a fan of supplements, but I decided to try this one. After a month I can say that it's expensive, it smells a bit fishy (just a tiny bit) and I see no changes nor results in my skin.

I’ve been using this for several years now and I will continue to do so as I definitely see the difference. I drink it in the evening half an hour or so before bedtime and when I wake up I don’t look as weathered as if I don’t use it. Skin seems plumper, fresher and less lined.

This collagen supplement shows results. When I take it regularly my skin is definitely smoother. I also use Alpha H gold which helps to smooth skin but it is more plump and smooth when I have had this supplement the night before. It has high levels of marine collagen, more than most supplements. The only thing I would ask for is a flavourless dissolvable one that can be added to tea, hot chocolate etc to make it easier to take regularly as I like a hot drink before bed (best time to take collagen) not a berry flavoured one.
