5I have been taking Hum hair gummies for over 2 years and I love them so I decided to try Flatter Me for my bloating. I can’t say I noticed any big difference in the month I took them for and would probably need to take them for longer to notice results. 4 tablets a day also seems like too much of a commitment and I forgot to take them twice most days so that probably impacted results also. I decided not to repurchase for that reason.

4I always take them when I eat gluten and lactose together because that would usually crash me. But I wouldn't recommend using them daily since I get stomach pain from overtaking them. But I would also not recommend overeating gluten and lactose if you're intolerant to both ;). I love them for the occasional Pasta or Pizza, and they always have my back.

5I received these in cult beauty bag and have been repurchasing them ever since! I have some issues with slow digestion and bloating, and these help tremendously! The taste is a little bad, but they work so well that taste is easily ignored.

3I tried these for a week or so and didn't notice a difference to my bloating. I probably need to persevere a bit longer but they're quite large to swallow and have quite an unpleasant taste... Having to take them twice a day is also a bit annoying as you have to remember to take them to work!
