Works (mostly)
4I don’t use it to have a flat stomach, but more to be able to enjoy foods that I know my body doesn’t handle well. For this is really does make things a lot better as long as I don’t abuse it and only use it for the occasional treat day.Â

5Helps me digest stuff. I funno if I just don't chew my food right, or what, but I used to get this uncomfortable bloated tummy after certain foods (mostly grains, but not limited to). This helps that. Best if I take it half an hour before a meal, but still works if I take it after. 10/10

4I experience much less bloating after using this for a few months now. I feel it helps with digestion as well. The only downside is that it has to be taken before every meal, and I forget many times, so I take it right after.

3As I'm a person with various digestive problems, I was very curious to try the Flatter Me capsules. I had already used a variety of other supplements from HUM and have always been quite satisfied, I didn't hesitate to order these ones as well. Unfortunately the Flatter Me capsules don't do a lot for me, which means that I still get bloated if I eat the "wrong" things (such as wheat, milk/dairy products, fruit, some vegetables and salad etc...) But I'm quite sure that for people with a slightly less problematic digestive system they might make a difference. They're just not for me.
