I have used retinal 10 from Medik and Drunk Elephant retinol (i really prefer this one) and I thought that my skin was ready to use something stronger, but after I few days my skin was slightly irritated so I am using now three times per week and my skin looks amazing. Three nights per week is better as well for the pocket considering the price of this product... :-) 

Very good cream. Got it on the Advent calendar and have already ordered more. After about two weeks I began to notice a change in my skin, it became smoother and firmer, in general it looks much better. Now I will always use only this cream in winter.
