Fab that Cult has found this! I have been taking Lumity for a year now and get so many compliments on my hair and skin. I saw it on a make up artist's blog who was talking about how much it helped her sleep and it's been brilliant for that too - I've even got my mum on it!

I've been using these for three months now and can definitely see a difference to my skin and hair and I feel more energised too (although that could just be from the happiness of seeing clearer skin and thicker, shinier hair?!) all of which my husband has noticed too. These are expensive for vitamins but worth it for the results. I keep these by my bedside table so I never forget. It's an added bonus that you don't need to have these with food.
