Good SPF but not for me

I wear SPF every day of the year so I'm always looking out for products that provide this protection. I have very dry skin and I found this a bit strange. It's kind of oily in texture but it didn't moisturise my skin so, although I used it as a last step (after serums and oil), I still felt dry. It's a shame as I love this brand but I won't repurchase.

My skin loves this spf moisturizer - its quite heavy so I wouldnt use it in summer (in summer I'd use a separate moisturizer and SPF anyway) but for winter its perfect. Maybe not for those with oily skin though.
