I got this for my skin and, after reading the reviews, decided to start with only one instead of two. I did get a purging period for about two weeks even though I was only taking one tablet but persevered and it is unreal! Far better results than I was getting with the Deciem Fountain supplements and this had other far reaching benefits, too - my hair started growing so fast that when I went back to my salon, my hairdresser commented on how long it was and asked what I was doing differently! Will never be without this now, I have repurchased three more times. Still only using one a day and getting great results so happy to stay with that. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

A tad expensive, and I haven't seen any changes in my skin, however, it has made a massive difference with my nails. For decades, I have had thin nails that split easily and peeled all the time. Since I've been taking one tablet of Oskia's MSM a day, my nails are strong and haven't peeled since. Amazing. Have already repurchased.

I bought this based on some of the rave reviews on this site. Took it as instructed for a total of 8 weeks. The good part was that it gave me lots of energy and I slept well. However, it gave me LOTS and LOTS of clogged pores, blackheads and uneven (=bumpy) skin texture. At first I thought it was some form of purging so I stuck to it, drank lots of water and waited it out but my skin only got worse. I then started frantically researching online about MSM and found out that for quite a few people, it causes breakouts that go beyond the "purging" stage. After many hours of research, I also learned that since MSM helps promote keratin which serves as a "glue" for skin tissue, it can end up binding dirty and oil and dead skin cells for certain people who may be it-prone with oily skin. This product should really come with a warning and with clear instructions. The only silver lining in all that ordeal was that since it does have an anti-inflammatory effect, my blackheads and pimples did not go into full-raging angry inflamed mode. Still, I would be hard-stretched to say it gave me good skin. I normally have clear (albeit oily) skin. I have now been off this supplement for 2 weeks and am still un-do all the damage it has done. Oh and one other good thing is that it did give me strong nails. But having strong nails with bad skin isn't really my thing. The price is ridiculous, too. Oskia claims that it is "pure" but it is not 100% MSM, either. (It has some fillers).

I totally agree with Salster. Thank you for the review. I agree because 2 tablet of this in on day is to much and will lay you down. It's just to much for my body I had lay down and feeling really bad and thats not a good. My skin looks a little smoother softer. I think this is good tablet when you suffer from arthritis or infection in joints, in that case Ii would highly recommend.
