I love the fact that the batterylife is so good that you only have to charge it once a year or so.  But I just think my teeth are a lot cleaner when I use my philips sonicare. I feel like that the foreo issa is not removing all of the plaque unfortunately. 

I debated for a while when purchasing a new toothbrush, especially given the significant cost, but I'm really glad I went for it. My old electric one went black and mouldy looking around the seal and the base despite me cleaning it every time I used it. This one shows no sign of looking grotty at all. I was also looking for a more eco-conscious choice. I love that the heads don't need frequent replacement, but also that it only needs to be charged once or twice a year. The locking feature is also fantastic for travel and the smaller size means it fits in my washbag with no issue. As for the cleaning itself, I'd read some reviews that said it just didn't do as good a job at cleaning as other electric toothbrushes, but I think that depends if you are using it in the same way. It doesn't have the circular head which rotates, but instead a vibration of the bristles - silicone and brush style. I use mine like a regular manual toothbrush and it gives a superb clean. My teeth feel fresher than ever and the tongue cleaner on the reverse of the brush is a great added feature for fresh breath. You can also adjust the intensity which I like. I haven't suffered with any sensitivity or "twanging nerve" sensations since I started using it - it is an absolute dream!

Well, this is quite simple: I never want to use another toothbrush. This is SO gentle on the gums and as effective as other electric toothbrushes. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The charge on this toothbrush is just out of this world. I brush my teeth three times a day and have had the brush for a month and a half, there's no indication that the battery will run out any time soon. It cleans my teeth really well, I haven't had to adapt much from a manual one in terms of brushing style. All in all, an amazing brushing experience

Wasn't sure about it because of the combined bristles, but I'm so glad I got it. It's very gentle on my gums, cleans my teeth really well and I've solved my bleeding gum problem for now.
