Works but definitely not strong enough wo stop you from smelling during an intense workout.

One of the few natural deodorants that works for me, as a man. I actually low its creamy consistency, it is also nurishing and sootihing for my armpits. It has lovely nut and sweet smell. It reminds me the scent of bitter almonds. The package is also very convinient, nice hard plastic, it feels heavy and luxury.
