It was a gift. It looks really nice with the drawings and bright colours but when it arrived I was disappointed about the size. The serum and cream in this set are so small that I had to add another product that I had bought for myself to make the gift look like a gift and not a sample. I was told that the cream and serum feel very nice together and illuminate the complexion.

The products are good. I actually really liked the combo. I find the sizes too small. It makes me angry that so much plastic was used for such a small amount of product. The price is way too high for the amount of product one gets and I would prefer less packaging but more product for the same price.  I saw that it’s a set but I didn’t realize that there would be so much plastic. Even the handle is plastic, there’s hard plastic all around the box and also inside. Same goes for the cream and serum dispenser. It looks very nice but it would look nice without such an extensive packaging with almost no product inside. Make at least the handle out of cotton. Drunk Elephant gives me mixed feelings. On one hand they claim how much they care about clean beauty, being vegan and this and that but then they produce these massive  sample/travel boxes that are full of plastic and almost impossible to reuse for something. The products have these massive bottles (the fermented mist for example) and they aren’t refillable. It looks like greenwashing because if a brand claims to care so much about humans, animals, environment but produces so much trash without even trying to find a way to reduce the plastic trash. I don’t know if Drunk Elephant cares about developing very good products or if they just care about looking good from the outside…
