I purchased the serum and used it with the C + Collagen Deep Cream. I felt a slight burn when I first applied it on and woke up the next morning with red patches on my face. I reapplied both the next night but got an even more severe burning sensation within seconds of putting it on so I washed the product off however the burning feeling continued and the red patches became more prominent and itchy which later became severely dry, itchy, rough, and bumpy the following morning. I haven't used the product since and have been using aloe vera gel for over 5 days now however my skin still hasn't recovered and the burning, itchiness, dryness and rough skin continued. I have normal to dry skin and never experienced sensitivity or such a reaction to any products I have used including those with Vitamin C. I would recommend doing a patch test before fully applying it on the face. I emailed Dr Dennis Gross and their only response was that this is not a normal reaction and that I should hydrate my skin. Never again!

I used it this morning, and it did give me a hydrated base for makeup, however I do not like the sticky texture at all. It laid on the surface and did not melt into my skin as I would have liked. Perhaps the plastic finish is the glow? In any case, I finished it up given the price point, but did not see any improvements to my skin overall. I would definitely not repurchase.

I bought this because my skin has problems with vitamin E. This is a pathetic product for this much money. Gives you little brightening but much, much cheaper product can achieve the same. This is my first and last from Dr. Dennis Gross.

I got a sample of that product and was quite excited to try it because I love both vitamin C products and serum formulas. Unfortunately, this product feels really tight on the skin and doesn't smell very nice. I had to take it off after 10 min, just because I couldn't stand it anymore. I would not recommend it, especially for that price.

I have used many vitamin c products on my acneic and scared skin and they usually give me spots. This one is brilliant and I find it works best in conjunction with the daily peel pads. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with this at all.
