Inspired by the effects that a hot, steamy sauna has on your body, skin and mood, HigherDOSE is the wellness brand determined to help you look and feel reinvigorated from within. Created by friends Lauren Berlingeri and Katie Kaps, the duo first released their A-list approved Infrared Sauna Blanket to mimic the effects of sitting in a traditional sauna. Since then, it has continued to revolutionise the wellness space with tools that help to restore calmness and vitality, slotting effortlessly into your daily routine.

MEET HIGHERDOSE’S FOUNDERS

After graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified holistic nutritionist and health coach, Lauren Berlingeri collaborated with startup executive and entrepreneur Katie Kaps to create HigherDOSE. Inspired by dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins, the duo wanted to create a brand that helped consumers ignite that ‘feel-good’ feeling and deep relaxation associated when these hormones are released. Exploring innovative technologies and harnessing the power of infrared light, PEMF therapy, red light therapy and crystals, Lauren and Katie produced an array of products that enhanced overall wellbeing from the comfort of customers' homes.
