  • de Mamiel Brightening Cleanse and Exfoliate

Image 1 of 1

The idea for de Mamiel’s ‘Botaniques’ range was sown in Annee’s treatment room – she needed a capsule collection of products to capture the miraculous effects of her facials, and enable her clients to access their unique healing energy and skin perfecting potency between visits. Having scoured the market (and found it wanting), Annee decided to take matters into her own hands and develop a concise range of professional-grade potions to renew the skin, and rejuvenate the self. Designed to support de Mamiel’s seasonal oils, each product is made using only the finest natural ingredients – a blend of essential oils, affirming flower essences, skin-perfecting probiotics and peptides and skin-brightening precious gem powders to replenish the complexion and inspire a positive outlook.
Pour a teaspoon of powder into the palms of wet hands and add water, drop by drop, until blended to a soft mousse consistency. Gently massage into skin with small circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Rinse, follow with Seasonal Oil. Use once daily, or for more delicate skin, use 1-3 times weekly.
A gentle and nourishing power-to-paste exfoliating cleanser, de Mamiel’s Brightening Cleanse & Exfoliate respectfully polishes and refines lacklustre complexions, without aggravating or exacerbating sensitivity. With finely ground pearl and gemstone powders to eliminate dulling dead skin cells, alongside vitamin C and ginseng to illuminate and provide antioxidant protection, this unique formula requires no preservatives – meaning it’s completely pure, and a precious treat for complexions in need of a radiance boost. Ideal for use prior to de Mamiel’s seasonal treatment oils (the exfoliating action aids absorption), just pour a teaspoonful of powder into the palms of wet hands – add water slowly to create a mousse consistency – then massage over face and neck with small, circular movements to reveal a smoother, clearer and more vibrant visage. (Avoid if skin is broken or exceptionally easily upset).

Moroccan Rhassoul Clay, Montmorillonite Clay, French Pink Clay, Colloidal Oat Powder*, Sodium Bicarbonate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Powder, Pearl Powder, Red Jasper Gem Powder, Raw Cacao Powder*, Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt, Buttermilk Powder, Honey Powder, Cucumis Sativa (Cucumber) Powder, Santalum Album (Sandalwood Mysore) Powder, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Powder*, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Powder, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Powder Chrysantheum Indicium (Chrysanththeum) Powder, Rosa Damasena (Rose) Petal Powder*, Boswellia Carteri (Frankincense) Powder, Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh) Powder, Cedrus Deodara (Himalayan Cedarwood) Powder, Panax Ginseng (Ginseng), Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow) Root Powder*, Rose Rubiginosa (Rosehips) Powder, Vanilla Planifolia Bean*. *Organic

    Really great product
    5 out of 5 stars
I mix this powder cleanser with a gentle, milky one and apply onto wet skin. This one seems to calm down what I assume to be perioral dermatitis. Overall this seems to be a very good fit for my skin when it shows signs of inflammation.

    A pleasant experience
    3 out of 5 stars
The pros are that this smells DIVINE, did not irritate or leave some annoying film or anything on my hypersensitive skin and that it cleanses beautifully and rinses out easily. The cons are that this gets a bit messy and you lose a bit of product trying to mix it with water since it’s in powder form. Also, it contains exfoliating particles and I’m not a fan of those since they can cause micro tears on your skin. All in all, it’s a nice experience but I don’t know that I’ll repurchase.

    Amazing!
    5 out of 5 stars
It's a tiny bottle but the amount you need is also little. It smells like chocolate, and it's really gentle, doesn't strip the skin at all! After the first wash my skin was positively glowing. I have dehydrated combination and acne prone skin that is also very sensitive so I struggle hard to find the right exfoliator. I could not believe how beautiful my skin looked afterward. It's expensive, so I hope to stretch out its use for a long time, but it's definitely worth every penny.
