The color is great, but the formula turned out to be a little drying, I have to warm it up every time I use it. 

Good choice of shades. I use the black one for upper lash line and subtle on the lower. The light color then on the waterline. It looks amazing and lasts well. Very creamy.

The colors don't work on me neither on my waterline - I am not able to get product on there - nor on the lid...

I brought this to use the champagne colour in the the lower waterline. it's amazing I've yet to find another product to match it. extremely easy to apply and it applies evenly. downside is I don't use the black side so I'm paying for half a pencil I wish they sold it by itself.

This pencil is very creamy, it gives a nice pay off color wise. I made a mistake ordering this one, this is the shiny one, I wanted the regular one. Nevertheless it is very nice. I take one star off because the black transfers to the lower waterline when you apply it on the upper one.
