Image 1 of 2

Inspired by the most traditional use of incense and perfume which is recorded in one of the world's olest written texts – the Sanskrit Vedas from India, the scent of BYREDO's Oud Immortel Eau de Parfum holds a complex yet humbling fragrance like no other.

Housed in the brand's instantly recognisable (and incredibly lust-have) chic and simple – yet quintessentially luxe – monochrome bottles, BYREDO's Oud Immortel Eau de Parfum has quickly become a firm favourite in any respectable fragrance-ophile's collection and regular guest on their Instagram grid too. Created as a tribute to oud, which was used in the traditional incense and perfume from millennia ago, this perfume blends top notes of rich and warming cardamom and incense that settles down into a heart of Brazilian rosewood, papyrus and patchouli followed by a delicious medley of moss and tobacco leaves. Trust us, you're going to adore this.

Start by spraying it on your pulse points: behind the ears, wrists, ankles. It will rise in spirals around your body. Then spray a scent halo around your neck, head and hair.

A firm part of the décor in any respectable fragrance-ophile’s collection, you’d be forgiven for thinking that BYREDO's iconic perfumes have been around for decades. In reality, the evocative brand was founded in 2006, and has already captured the hearts (and noses) of beauty gourmands around the world. Cherished bottles that capture memories, feelings and emotions, each of BYREDO’s meaningful olfactory offerings is so much more than just a fragrance, with the Oud Immortel Eau de Parfum paying tribute to the earliest existence and practise of creating perfume.

Alcohol, parfum (fragrance), aqua (water), limonene, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, linalool, bht, benzyl benzoate, cinnamal, geraniol, citral, eugenol.

    AMONG THE TOP 5

If you want to buy a well-known Byredo perfume, and you cant find Bal d Afrique, or Gypsy Water, then go for it! Its quite famous, among the top-5, of the brand, and, with oud-wood-tabacco, smells very clasic too!!!

    Already my new favourite

The smell is so unbelievably good - I bought this without smelling it first (risky I know) but I did abit of research online and it sounded like a good match. The smell is expensive and rich, I love scents with Oud and this did not disappoint. It's pricey for the size but the smell is long lasting throughout the day and therefore I feel it's worth paying for that quality. It's very unisex and would work well with both women and men, I myself am male and it strikes just the right balance of bold more masculine smells with hints of sweeter undertones
