I have terrible psoriasis and this is the only thing I have found that helps in any way. It moisturizes and soothes my scalp like nothing else I've tried. I also use the shampoo scrub, which is a lifesaver as well. I alternate the use of these products with my prescription shampoos and it makes my condition at least bearable. I love the scent, and the texture it THICK and creamy. My only negative is that I go through it too fast. I think the negative reviews here are misleading, as this is really for those with scalp issues like me.
