The eagerly awaited cream incarnation of {Anastasia Beverly Hills} bestselling {Pro Series Contour Kit} has landed – and is available exclusively on Cult Beauty, here in the UK. In three colourways – ‘Light’ (equivalent to ‘Light/Medium’ in the powder format, as favoured by Dimi, above), ‘Medium’ and ‘Dark’ – to sculpt and define every skin tone, the buildable, neutral-toned crème colours blend beautifully, to create a more ‘3D’ effect.
Dimi began by highlighting – she used the shade ‘Banana’ (top left in the ‘Light’ palette), applied with a tapered foundation brush (try {this one} by Studio 10) to neutralise under-eye shadows, highlight the centre of her forehead and bridge of her nose. She then used a contouring shade – ‘Cinammon’ (bottom right) is perfect for Dimi’s naturally olive complexion – to sculpt her cheekbones and streamline her nose, before further exaggerating her cheekbones using ‘Cool Pink’ (top right) – applied along the top of the bone and blended up towards the temple.

Dimi then used ‘Vanilla’ (top centre) to lend definition to her jawline, before blending everything together to create an airbrushed finish. A soft, dual-fibre buffing brush is perfect – try Stila’s {Custom Contour Brush} – or apply and blur with BECCA’s multi-purpose {The One Perfecting Brush}, which hugs the contours of your face to create a gorgeous, ‘soft focus’ effect. You could also use a dampened {Beautyblender} to disperse product evenly and eliminate tell-tale tidelines. Now go forth and contour!
