Was a free gift with purchase and I was really surprised by how good it is. I've got very sensitive skin, my body won't tolerate fragrance, parfum, gluten, dairy, soya... My lips are dry and crusty. Most lip balms make them worse. This is moisturising, looks like lip gloss and tastes of nothing. I've been using it every morning since I received the package, and haven't lost it yet! 

Works really well as a balm / gloss - hydrating and shiny at the same time. This is a real staple for me and definitely the nicest balm I've tried. One use lasts a long time and doesn't need constant reapplication.However, I do agree with those saying that the old formulation was better. The new version tends to separate a bit in the tube, resulting in a slightly greasier and less silky result. I would use the old version instead of lip gloss, but the new version doesn't sit well on top of lipstick, and is more of an everyday product to stop chapped lips.

This is just amazing, made my lips super soft in no time and feels so luxurious on the lips.

I'm really not a fan of rose, and actively avoid it where possible in products as it can really make my throat itchy and dry, particularly with lip products! This is the exception to the rule though, it has the gorgeous natural scent of Rose Damascena which is gorgeously subtle and not overpowering.I do have to reapply this more often than I would like, so better staying power takes this off the top spot for me, but that doesn't take away from the gorgeous glossy (but not sticky) finish this leaves on the lips. I find it gives a really good amount of hydration too, and I love that the packaging is more sustainable now too. I get through a LOT of lip balm so any way to reduce my waste is a yes from me.

This balm used to be in a pot and would melt into the lips making them lovely and hydrated without being greasy. The new tube formula feels a lot greasier and just sits on the lips, nowhere near as hydrating and I doubt it will last as long as the old version. Won’t be repurchasing.
