5Can’t remember when I purchased this product for the first time but it’s one of only a few I continue to buy. Leaves my skin soft, smooth and with a healthy glow and products applied after use sink in beautifully. Use as a mask 2/3 times a weekÂ

5One of my all time favourite skincare treats - smells heavenly and leaves skin feeling amazing. The exfoliating particles are scarce enough to spread it on like a mask without scrubbing, which is great when the skin just needs some love. Even using it as a quick second cleanse or speed mask gives an instant, rested glow - not the kind of rosy, just-shocked-the-skin glow that acid peels and masks leave, but a soft, nourished, healthy and plumped feeling of having treated your skin to something it actually loves. Without breaking you out.

2I'm very sad to say this product left me a little disappointed - exspecially with the price tag - as I had high hopes (I love all other Aurelia products I have). It has a very watery consistency, so less sparse in use compared to other exfoliator/masks and my skin is left more 'greasy'/oil after use. Perhaps that's the whole point since it's call a balm! It's not the product for me or exactly what I was looking for - but absolutely certain it is for others.

5I received this in the Christmas goody bag and because I am so in love with Su Man's coffee scrub, I didn't even look at this. However, I used this as an enzyme mask which they suggest is one option, and was pleasantly surprised. A thin layer allows you to get on and do other things (a must if you have small children) allowing your skin to benefit and then massaged off with the muslin cloth. It left my skin feeling super smooth and not overly scrubbed as some exfoliates can. Shall definitely purchase more - gentle enough to use three or four times a week I think.

4Excellent! I need a gentle enzymatic exfoliator. Aurelia Probiotic Refine & Polish Miracle Balm is a double-action, multi-use enzyme “polish” (as they call it) and it works in two ways: as an instant exfoliator - apply the balm using dry fingers onto clean, dry skin and massage in. To remove, apply a few drops of water and watch the balm turn to a milk, then rinse off. As an enzyme mask - apply to clean, dry skin and leave on for 5 minutes. You may feel a warming sensation. Remove in the same way. For my skin it is perfect solution. Sometimes I choose Cell Fusion C Papaya Granule Peels, but when I need a little change then Refine & Polish Miracle Balm it's multitasking. Especially for skin with rosacea.

5I use this balm before I get in the shower, it is easier to get the little beads to rinse off. When I have removed with a damp face cloth my skin feels protected but there is no greasy film left. I really like this product and will try more from Aurelia.

5I've been waiting to try this product for some time now, however I needed to wait until I'd finished my last cleanser. I'm a great fan of these balm type products (other similar are Eve Lom and Oskia cleansers). My skin is that of a 42 year old mummy ( Facebook age 37). Thankfully no spots anymore, but I've had a bit too much sun, have wrinkles around the eyes, and I am prone to a bit of dryness on the cheeks and forehead since having had my baby 4 years ago. This product is absolutely fabulous. It is a wonderfully luxurious balm, with tiny exfoliants which are gentle on the skin. It can be used as a mask (apply a thick layer and leave for 5 minutes), or as a quick wash. This balm leaves my skin absolutely glowing and it feels thoroughly cleansed. I've started using it as a mask on the mornings when I'm over tired and my skin is dull. I just apply a layer whilst I'm getting my daughter ready for school and rinse off. The scent is not overpowering and very organic, which is great as I don't really like skin care products that feel scent dominated. Love this product. 5 stars!
