This vitamins are the best I have ever tried. I have very painful periods and after about a month of taking these supplements I could not believe how painless my next period was. I never stoped taking them since. I'm just sad that it seems that Cult decided to not cary these vitamins anymore and I cannot buy them any were else.

Really nice all-in-one vitamines, I prefer to take them during spring season.
