Didn't do anything

I've had this mask for a long time, bought it because a blogger recommended it so highly. Either she was bought out by the company or we just have different skin types because it did absolutely nothing for me. My skin is extremely dry and I'm noticing that most of the people leaving positive reviews have combination skin so that might be the problem. My skin feels smooth immediately after using it but it feels like that after using any skincare, and it had no long term effects.
Aesop excellent as always

My go to face mask for when my skin needs a bit of care and attention. Draws everything nasty out of my pores and leaves my skin soft, clear and bright. Lasts an absolute age as well so worth the price in my opinion.

I bought this because I always see bloggers rave about it, but to be honest it's not all that. It's a nice mask to use in the week as it dries quickly and I can see the oily dots that have been sucked out my pores (gross, I know). It's okay and it does seem to remove oil, but if you're expecting your skin to feel amazing after then this isn't the mask for you.

Aesop catches a lot of flack in the skincare world for all the fragrant irritant featured in its products, which is warranted, but if you're lucky enough to have skin that doesn't react to said irritants - as mine doesn't - then this is a beautiful clay-based mask that cleans out your pores without drying out your skin.
