I first received this pencil in colour Neutra as a gift in a goodie bag and it immediatley became my favourite lip pencil. Now I ordered a second one, but I was dissapointed to find out, that it is not same as before. I see that the manufacturing country changed from China to Italy, which seems like a good move. But the both the color and formula are different. Old pencil was more "dry", yet very comfortable to wear and longlasting. New formula is more creamy and color is more saturated. I liked the old one much better.

So creamy and the shade 'Neutra' goes so well with my skin tone and favorite nude lipsticks.

I got a brown pencil in my advent calendar. I don't understand how people can say it's soft? I found it to be quite difficult to apply. The texture is dry and transfers poorly on eyelids with eyeshadow on. I hate such kind of kayals that hurt my eye lids! they might be soft when swatching on hands but not more than that. I'll give it a try once again but unfortunately, money down the drain...

I don't know how 19/99 isn't Tik Tok famous. Buttery, smooth and beautiful and creative colours. It is worth the coin.

My mother has had very sensitive eyes her entire life, but the last couple of years it has been one conjunctivitis after another, so much so she had to give up on eye make up entirely.
